We strive to deliver our products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, we will process and ship it within 4-5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Please note that 11:11 Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be incurred upon delivery.

Return / Exchange Policy

If the customer reports that the product is broken, we offer the option to exchange the product within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for products due to hygienic issues, such as lipsticks, mascara, or any other product that comes in direct contact with the skin.

We do not offer refunds for any products, only exchanges or store credit.

Shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or broken.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange within 7 business days.

Exchanges will be processed as soon as possible, but may take up to 7 business days to be completed, depending on the availability of the product.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our policies.

1. Customers must share an uncut video showing the broken product to our email id to initiate the exchange process.

2. The exchange process will only be valid for products that have been damaged during shipping or manufacturing.

3. The customer must initiate the exchange process within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.

4. 11:11 Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any exchange requests that do not meet the criteria mentioned in these terms and conditions.

5. The customer is responsible for bearing the return delivery charges for the exchange process.

5. Once we receive the damaged product, we will initiate the exchange process and send a replacement product to the customer as soon as possible.

6. 11:11 Cosmetics is not responsible for any damages incurred during the return shipping process.

7. The exchanged product will be of equal value to the damaged product.

8. The exchanged product will be subject to availability.

9. This exchange policy is applicable only for purchases made on our official website.
